We are excited to have you participate in this awesome, fun-filled event for our students and the TOMA family. The TOMA Festival is essentially an in-school tournament for our students to compete in a family-friendly environment. In life and in martial arts, it is important for practitioners to develop a positive, competitive spirit to understand how to face and overcome challenges in their own lives.
The competition is organized so that students all have a fair chance to win at some level within their own division. The divisions are set by age group and experience level, so students do not have to worry about competing against other students much older or with a lot more experience. All of our judges are either current students or alumni from our program who have years of experience. Students can register and compete knowing that they will have an opportunity to win a medal and go home proud of their own accomplishments.
The TOMA Festival is open to all of our students, regardless of their age or experience. It is an excellent opportunity for students to showcase the hard work they have put in their classes and enjoy the competition with their own classmates. Whether you win or you lose, or you wish you could have done better, there are so many lessons you can learn from competing especially during the TOMA festival because everyone is there to support you. We make sure to host an event that everyone can leave happy and with memories they can have forever.
